In its second year of activity, the Giancarlo and Danna Olgiati Art Collection at Spazio -1 in Lugano reopens to the public with 30 new acquisitions. The 180 works on display cover a time span ranging from the 60’s to present. For the occasion, CCRZ designs the communication campaign in collaboration with the City of Lugano. The title 'The second Year' highlights the importance of the recurrence, which follows the first edition’s footsteps: the wooden packing cases used for artworks transport are transformed into arrows. Scattered in various areas of the city (squares, stations, public places, parks), they indicate the direction toward the exhibition to passers-by. The arrow-icon becomes the recurring element used across all media: outdoor advertising, TV commercials, brochures, invitations and exhibition catalogue.
